| 世界各地において 模様の発生は自然界にある対象物を幾何学的にシンボライズして祭祀や呪術に用いたところから始まる。日本文化はペルシャ、アジアなどの世界から伝わった模様をアレンジして独特のデザインのバリエーションを増やしていった。 日本においても、模様の発生と発達はおもに吉祥的な意味合いをもっている。 また、自然にある動植物や、名前や機能をシンプルな意匠で表現したものも多い。植物をモチーフにした模様は多種多様で日本人の自然への造詣の深さをうかがわせる。 それらのデザインは「紋」と呼ばれ、一族や組織、店などのシンボルとして発達して現在にも残っている。 そのような 日本のデザイン力は、庶民文化がようやく開眼した江戸時代よりさらに変化し、役者の衣服の柄などを通じてさらに発達していく。 |

Those designs are called "a crest" and it develops as symbols such as the whole families and an organization, the shop and stays at the present. Such a Japanese design changes more from the Edo era when common people culture finally became able to see and develops through the handles of the clothes of the actor more. |
